Refused to make breakfast order at 10:25 said breakfast was over at 10:30. Incredibly unprofessional and manager refused to give me name. One of the cashiers informed me their name was Jordan. Horrible service Service: 1

I specifically requested no beans on my order three times. The restaurant wasn't busy, and there was no line. The employee even repeated my request back to me, yet they still included beans in my order. Additionally, they forgot to put cheese in our nachos, and when we got home, we discovered it was missing. It’s just not worth the time and gas to drive back for a fix. My order was straightforward and simple. I’m usually easy-going and avoid drama, but this experience has been frustrating. They never provide receipts, and my food has been messed up every single time I've visited. Each time, I've hoped it would be better, but it never is. On top of that, the portion sizes are laughably small—definitely not worth the price. I’ve wasted so much time and money at this location. I won’t be returning. This Taco Bell is disappointing, and they seem to hire less-than-stellar staff. I am done; I’m never going back. It was a horrible experience!
