フィードバックを提供するOrdered for delivery, driver refused to drive down the track leading to our property which vehicles use all day long. Meaning that we never received our order and were simply told we'll be issued a refund.
After the Guiseley Dominos stopped delivering to our area and the Ilkley Dominos took over we’ve never had a good pizza. Our order last week all the pizzas arrived wrong. Calling them back to explain was a nightmare, the guy couldn’t understand me and I had to repeat the order 8 times to him. After waiting over 1.5 hours after the call there were still no sign of the pizzas. I tried to call them back, 60 times!!!! No answer. Finally after hours of waiting to pizzas arrived all wrong again! I asked the delivery guy why nobody was answering the phone, he replied because there’s only two of us so we can’t answer the phone. I tried to contact Dominos customer services to call me regarding this matter as we paid for loads of pizzas/sides and didn’t get any of the pizzas we ordered either time. Customer service never bothered to get back to me! It’s save to say we will never had a Dominos from Ilkley again! Although I would like my money back after paying for something that never came as ordered!!!!!!
Why does Dominos tell us to wear a mask when the people making the pizza have them hanging off their chins when I picked mine up? Absolutely discussing and I will NEVER buy another Dominos again. This take away should have zero stars as far as I am concerned.
To be honest we wouldn’t use Domino’s ordinarily, but we had a voucher so we thought we’d give it a go. Didn’t go well. Firstly the website decided not to process our order, after we’d used the voucher code, so we lost that. Then they took a payment from my card, even though they hadn’t processed the order. Confused by this point so rang Guiseley. They seemed ok but couldn’t give me a refund, said it would automatically go back into my account by 12 noon the following day. (It took a week to go back in. So as a gesture of goodwill they said they’d give me £25 credit, all I had to do was ring them back another day, place an order and they would knock £25 off my bill. Couple of weeks later I rang back, spoke to the same person and he said he knew nothing about it, couldn’t remember me and there was no note on their system about the £25. Then he said he’d need to speak to his manager, and without putting me on hold proceeded to tell his boss “there’s a woman on the phone, I remember her but I’m not telling her that, she wants £25 off her order”, oops. Needless to say we didn’t really want to order after that. Would rather give our money to one of the local pizza places who make better pizza anyway (which is why we don’t usually bother with Dominos . Wouldn’t trust this place now. If they lie to their customers makes you wonder what they do when it’s time to review their hygiene rating.
There is more chance of plaiting fog than this lot turning up when they say they will! . Which is a shame as I do like the pizzas which is why I have given them the benefit of the doubt hundreds of times over the years. For a start the tracking app is about as much use as a chocolate tea-pot when it tells you your pizza has been delivered and it 's nowhere to be seen (happens all the time) . Then when you call it 's always oh the app isn 't always in sync ... WHY HAVE IT THEN?! I have now started ordering early but selecting a time for delivery as when you select ASAP it is always at least an hour. But SHOCK they still can 't turn up on time! Last night my friend and I specifically ordered a pizza to be delivered at half 6 (ordered at half 5), because my friend had to be somewhere. It didn 't turn up until 7pm! When I complained their excuse is 'we have been busy '.... Well why allow us to select a delivery time if you can 't stick to it?! The drivers also don 't read the delivery notes. I live in a block of flats, I state every time which block and they STILL go to the one across the road. I 've lost count of the amount of times my food has arrived late, cold or the driver has made me come out to their car to get the pizza (if I wanted to do that I wouldn 't order take away). The other thing that has happened on more than one occasion is them forgetting my drink and saying it will be dropped off with the next driver and then never is (therefore basically theft of £2.50 each time). I am a loyal customer and have been ordering for years as you can 't beat the pizza but this franchise is letting the side down massively.
