Another issue I've noticed is the leaks—they seem to just sit on the counter waiting for the "right" customer. If you order a sunset, what you often receive at the window is a milkshake instead! I feel for the employees, as I know if I'm dissatisfied, others likely are too, and sometimes they may express their frustrations verbally. I understand that every business, particularly in the food industry, has struggled since COVID-19 hit. Staff shortages are common, but the management needs to address these ongoing issues. It’s clear that either more help is needed or the staff could benefit from better training. Unfortunately, our options in the Leechburg area are limited, or I would consider going elsewhere.

I had a decent burger that came with lettuce and onion cores, which I removed, but it satisfied my hunger. On the other hand, my Heath Bar Blizzard was absolutely excellent!

I feel sorry for the employees here because if I'm dissatisfied, I can only imagine that others are too, and they might express their frustration verbally. I understand that the food industry has been significantly affected by COVID, and that many businesses are short-staffed. However, it’s crucial for the management to address these issues. They either need more staff or better training for the existing employees. Unfortunately, our dining options in the Leechburg area are limited; otherwise, we would take our business elsewhere.
