Yumi Izakaya - Lecce

This is a very beautiful place with friendly staff who does not speak much english. unfortunately, my large bowl of ramen was not good. very little flavor apart from way too much salt, i could eat only a small part of it. perhaps i am spoiled from NYC, but at the price (18€ , one would expect alot better.

The Japanese food was not authentic and many dishes were salty and overpriced. We ordered a shabu shabu and they told us they ran out of meat, so they gave us fish instead. The fish did not taste fresh, the sauces did not complement anything, and the broth was way too salty causing us to pour many pots of hot water to dilute the overpowering salty soup. It said that the shabu shabu was for 2people but from the first photo you can sell the portion was really just for one person. The ramen was also too salty and the broth had a sour taste to it. Ramen quality was terrible and the strands were mushy and short. The only good valued item was the donburi which costed only 5 Euros. I would not recommend this place and it ruins the balance of Japanese cuisine.

2a volta mangio in questo ristorante e sono molto soddisfatto. posto molto bello e ben curato, in pieno stile giapponese, con un sacco di musica e atmosfera rilassante. personale super amichevole e formato e vestito a tema. Che dire, si mangia da Dio, tutto molto buono e fresco. Consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che amano la cucina giapponese!

Ho davvero apprezzato le opzioni vegane, segno che ci sono alcuni gyoza vegani non marcati con (v) nel menu. sicuramente da provare.

Esperienza bellissima, locale molto bello con possibilità di cenare all'aperto. Ottima la cucina, tutto veramente eccezionale. Sicuramente ci torneremo x assaggiare le altre pietanze, perché il menu è molto ricco e comprende anche piatti tradizionali poco conosciuti... Personale cortese e gentile Prima esperienza con la cucina giapponese fantastica...
