I've been to Jack in the Box restaurants where food is cooked to order, so this experience was disappointing. Amanda, who I remember well, had previously taken care of me by replacing my chicken sandwich with a fresh one, but this time it just felt off. While we were eating at our table, I noticed spiders descending from the ceiling—not just one, but several tiny ones. At that point, I was ready to leave. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all; it seems like there’s a serious need for training in food safety and hygiene. I’d rather drive to another restaurant than stop here again—I’d rather go hungry. As for vegetarian options, they are what you would expect: just vegetable dishes.
