Overall, it’s a good restaurant, but we decided to leave today due to the now somewhat complicated ordering process. I prefer serving myself at kiosks, but they take much longer to place an order, and you don't save any money by using them. I understand the employment challenges that businesses face, but it’s frustrating to see jobs being replaced by technology. We’ll likely return in the future, but today we opted for a restaurant where there are actual people taking orders. To be fair, there was one employee at Wendy's, but she was quite busy, resulting in a longer line. They remodeled a year or two ago, and it would have been nice if they had added stations for people to place orders instead of relying solely on self-service kiosks.
The best meal I've had in a long time! I also tried the one on Southern Cumberland, and there’s a noticeable difference in quality. West Main Wendy's is definitely far better. I just wish the company would take better care of its employees; they all seem exhausted and overheated. It looks like they really need some good air conditioning in the kitchen.
Shortwaves, though there were over half a dozen cars in front of me. Everything was hot and fresh. And the fries are better than they were in years.
If you want hot fries, this is the place to get them. About 90% of the times we've gone, they have been hot! The new strawberry frosties are great too!
