Steak N Shake - Lebanon

Despite arriving only 10 minutes before closing time, with no other customers in sight and the drive-thru window closed, the friendly team of young employees at the restaurant happily took my order. I was served a delicious and fresh burger and fries, which were the best I have ever had.

The Burgers and Shakes at this restaurant are delicious and reasonably priced. However, the service is nonexistent as you have to order at a kiosk, seat yourself, serve yourself, and clean up after yourself, which I find unpleasant. The restaurant is also a bit outdated but relatively clean. Vegetarian options are limited since it is primarily a Burger and milkshake place. It may not be suitable for those with dietary restrictions. Parking is available in a free lot and the restaurant is kid-friendly. It is wheelchair accessible.

April was very rude to our friend who forgot to pay for his shake. We covered it without any argument and even left a tip on the table, however she called our friend and told him that he didn’t pay and needed to leave her tip while we already did that. No issues with food or atmosphere only the employees.

Great shake and burger. Service was speedy and kind .

It's very Greasy, but if u don't mind this is for you. The Chilli was Gritty texture
