There are only a few tables available, and it's mostly a carryout spot. The food is fresh and delicious, and they give generous portions—you'll definitely need a takeout box! I loved this place, especially the food. It’s a great idea to bring someone along to share!

I wished the food was enjoyable but it wasn’t. I went during lunchtime. The food most definitely wasn’t hot mid-warm when I was actually there when it came out. The food was old, the rice was horrible and over saturated with soy sauce. Broccoli wasn’t cooked in the food, just placed to assemble. The chicken wasn’t bad just didn’t taste authentic Sesame. There was barely sauce on food. The presentation of the food looked good, but food should taste as it looks and this didn’t. It is sad to get fast food these days when the restaurant employees no longer care about the quality or interacting with you as a person. You are just a receipt number, nothing more.

The food is excellent, probably the best ice ever had, but the service absolutely sucks every time I go. It's usually young kids sitting down on their phones while you're sitting there waiting on your food, which is rude and disrespectful to all the customers, in my opinion. I've had this happen multiple times.

I ordered a meal through DoorDash that was supposed to include spring rolls and fried rice, but they were missing from my order. It seems that Rice Box didn't check the order before sending it out. When I called them for assistance, they told me to contact DoorDash, which I did, and they issued a refund. Unfortunately, Rice Box wasn't very helpful and failed to include the items I ordered.

I was the only customer, and the staff member wasn't very welcoming. The food was mediocre—better than nothing, but not great.
