フィードバックを提供するMy wife and I wanted to grab a sandwich. Pulled in a 7:50 and noticed all the parking lot lites off, but a couple of cars around. I mean it's not yet 8 on a Friday night. Nope lobby locked up so went to drivethru. Only thing they had was tenders. Ona Friday night. Both the chick Fil a and the zaxbys literally next door had cars lined around both buildings and lobby busy butthe kfc decides to not make food on a Friday night? Just seems an odd manager decision. Even the Popeyes was busy down thestreet.
My DoorDash order is cancelled at 7:25pm ?. Why is this? Ridiculous! I won?t order again! Your company can?t make money when you denied an order!!! Just saying! That?s was over a $25 purchase that was just lost! Guess Zaxby?s it is from here on out! ThanksKFC!
I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC. The customer service was awful, and to make matters worse, my food was cold! I will definitely not be returning. I recommend spending your money at places like Popeyes or Bojangles instead.
I waited 45 minutes for my food, and they didn't provide any silverware or condiments that I had specifically requested. There was no apology for the long wait either. The employee who handed me my food just tossed the bag out of the window without saying a word. I understand that many places are short-staffed, and the wait itself wasn’t a huge issue, but if customers aren’t being rude, there’s no reason for staff to respond with an attitude.
I placed my order online and sent my husband to pick up the food, but when he arrived, he was informed that they had no food available because they had run out of chicken and were getting ready to close. This location accepted my payment, and now I’m left without any food. It's really frustrating that I have to waste my time calling my bank to dispute the charge. I'm not happy with this experience at all.
