Since new ownership has gone downhill. They stop making food/throw out donuts over 30 mins before listed closing. Inconsistent. At this point I’ll go elsewhere until Starbucks opens next door.
Under new ownership. This is the absolute worst place to have to stop for coffee or donuts. The inability to get your order correct here astounds me. I’m sure the kids working there are nice outside of working there. That being said, the service is slooooooooooooow. There is little attention to detail, expect to repeat your order a few times, and they are in a constant state of training since the new ownership took over. Which is a cover for their horrendous service. Stop there at your own risk, and find an alternative Dunkin to go to, you’ll thank me later. Made the mistake of going back, service is faster, but these people do not listen to your order. Then when you tell them your order when you pay, because they got it wrong, you get the look of stupid in their face as they have no clue what to do. They do not listen, they are rude, and they are the absolute worst team in the history of teams.
I don't know what's worse my burnt to hell croissant and watered down burnt iced coffee it's been the last few visits it's been getting
We are very loyal customers to Dunkin one could say maybe a coffee addict sometimes we go once A-day we've gotten the same exact order for about 5 years I'll describe it on here... A medium iced caramel coffee with almond milk and extra sweet cream foam. Every time it's ordered it is missing something. We are always super polite we will either go into the store or wait at the window for them to fix it. Most of the time too we order some sort of food 70% of the time they forget the food or mess it up or it's burnt. If we even dare to go in or make one type of complaint we were told to shut the **** up if you don't like the way it tastes go somewhere else. I don't know who the new owners are but maybe they need to come in and actually look and watch what happens because the employees they have are horrible. If I am paying for extra whip cream or whatever it is then I do expect it to be on my coffee especially when I'm getting charged $2 for an extra spot of whip cream. Yes please please please call me a Karen if you will. But if I'm weekly paying for something and I'm staying loyal to one company I would expect we would be treated a little better than too bad so sad. If you are in the customer service business you should want to be nice to customers especially when they have not been rude one time to you. When you make your customer cry over a cup of coffee because you were that rude there is a problem with you. And if you have problems and you try to contact Mountain View coffee the franchise owners of the 2199 Cumberland street dunkin have fun you can't get ahold of anybody leave a message but make sure you hit the pound button because if you don't hit the pound button after your message they don't get your message The worst part is when you're in line and there's 5 cars behind you and we all pull over at the same time with different issues that would be a really big problem we've actually made a couple friends over the Dunkin donuts and Lebanon issues because we've all pulled over in the parking lot to go in and get our coffee fixed when we end up chatting. I will add though the Dunkin donuts and Quinton is amazing so if you're looking for an alternative I would take the extra drive that's what we've started doing or the new Starbucks that's going in right next door I think we'll end up switching to Starbucks maybe the franchise owner will read this and maybe this will light a fire under somebody's ass to fix their company.
