Sabino's Pizza Pub - Leander

Fantastic spot! My dad and his friends visit during the week at 2 PM to unwind with a few beers and good company, and I always enjoy joining them. The service is consistently excellent. I particularly love their meatball sub, but honestly, there are so many great options that I can't list them all. You simply have to go and try everything for yourself!

As a person born and raised in Chicago most people don’t know that true Chicago pizza is thin crust cheese and sausage,deep dish is a whole other story.. pizza was hot but the cheese had zero flavor and of the 9 pieces of sausage that I did get on my large pizza those had no fennel or flavor either .. sauce was extremely sweet .. mozzarella sticks were ok .I’ll give it 2 stars only because they had a bears flag on the wall Bear Down..

The food was barely tolerable, the crust was raw and doughy. You could tell that the cheese was cheap and covered in grease. Not to mention half of the teenage staff was sitting in the lobby hanging out with their friends. That might have been why it took 30+ minutes to get a single 10' pizza on a dead night. Good job ?

I waited 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, and I was never informed about when my order would be ready. After 30 minutes, I decided to walk into the restaurant because no one would provide any updates. While trying to get information, I noticed everyone else was being attended to, while I was left waiting. Eventually, the manager informed me that my order had been sitting on the counter the entire time. What’s ironic, but also upsetting, is that I watched the staff assist other customers with smiles while completely ignoring me. It’s disheartening to be treated this way and to feel stereotyped without any justification.

What an incredible place! They feature top-notch pinball machines, and Katie at the front is incredibly kind and attentive. We really appreciate her taking such good care of us and allowing us to exchange our money for quarters for the games! The food is fantastic and served quickly, and the restaurant is spotless, with local sports teams proudly displayed throughout.
