Very crunchy. I don't live in the city and yet I come every week to this delicious bakery for the S PainS and for the cakes, with a weak for the three chocolate cakes. Thanks for this quality, for this superb work that gives us Love in the mouth. I can describe every cake, every bread, if anyone wants to know before buying me. I'd be happy to answer.
