The hamburger and fries I had were the worst ever. From start to finish, the service was nothing short of frustrating. My order took over 30 minutes to arrive, and when it did, it consisted of lukewarm fries that seemed like they had been reheated, sitting under a heat lamp that couldn’t even melt ice. The rest of the meal was clearly pulled from the freezer. As for the burger, I couldn't even tell you what kind of seasoning was on it—if any at all. The bun was more like a dense roll than a proper hamburger bun, and the meat was overcooked to the point of being a dull gray and incredibly greasy, which was quite unappetizing. I ended up paying $25 for three burgers and poorly served fries. What a joke! Save your money and go somewhere else; you’d have a better experience at a train station.

I waited 20 minutes only to find out that my order hadn't been prepared. Meanwhile, other customers who arrived after me were served, making it clear that my order had been overlooked. I received a refund from a young staff member who didn't seem to acknowledge my frustration. I plan to speak to the chef tomorrow. From now on, I'll be going to Katoomba Grecos instead.

I waited 30 minutes for a small serving of chips, and there was more salt than chips. I enjoy salty snacks, but this was just excessive. It seems like they cook the food and leave it in the heating area without announcing when it's ready. I asked several times where my food was, and the staff just turned around and tried to serve the old orders to others who were waiting. I will never eat there again.
