Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Consistently slow. I went today and it literally took 40 minutes from arriving to getting my food via drive through. The manager was rude and unnecessarily tapped my car outside to take my order. You would thing ownership/management would want to increase revenue and speed up service. I stopped counting at 20 cars leaving due to slow service. I should of been one of them.

I don?t know what it is about this zaxbys, but they?re probably the slowest restaurant in lawrenceville. Waited in the drive through like for 45 min and when I got my food is wasn?t even hot. Wouldn?t recommend this location to anyone. Don?t waste your time.

Ms. Joy is such a pleasure and you can tell that she?s genuine happy to come in and do her job. I was there yesterday, and at the time, an accident happened in the drive-they. She was so accommodating to me and other guests there.

This is not the best one so I usually go to the one down Lawrenceville Suwanee. This one is quick to charge you for extra sauces but then forget to give you extra sauces. The freestyle Coke machine soda always the coke always tastes like orange or grape. And they barely give any chicken on the salad. Like I said I'm closer to this one but I rarely go to it
