It's always a pleasure to visit any Starbucks, as they consistently offer quality products. The coffee here is excellent. However, we experienced a long wait for our order—14 minutes—due to a printer issue that prevented our order tickets from being printed. The staff was very apologetic and did a great job addressing the situation. If it hadn't been for this hiccup, I would have given a five-star rating.
