Hondos Shrimp Fish - Lawrenceville

Excellent Service, The Food is Grate, I've been there 7 times now ...This is my new spot for sure .. Hailey is very helpful with suggestion...

Husband and I stopped in while visiting Lawrenceville.It’s a small place. Food was excellent. It was a bit warm in there. We were hoping for cups with ice to help cool off…but they didn’t have any. Would have helped keep the sodas cold.I got the 10 piece jumbo shrimp and he got the flounder with shrimp.Portions were massive. The battered shrimp was outstanding. Not over cooked.The flounder portions were large. Fries were crispy and very good. Flounder was cooked well.Overall would definitely recommend and we will definitely will come back…but will order to go next time.

The service was good! But the food was horrible. My stomach was immediately hurting after taking a couple bites. Everything was over cooked and tasted like burnt oil. The oil needs to be change. This was my first time coming and the last.

Food: Great place to to grab a fish sandwich. I ordered the Flounder fish sandwich and it was an absolutely delicious. It’s also gigantic!Service: Service was impeccable The way the lady put the container in the plastic bag and made sure that the food was situated properly was chef’s kiss. You can never go wrong with exceptional guest service.I’m sorry that I haven’t gotten to Hondo’s sooner.

Stopped in here because we were working in Discover Commons. The two of us ordered fried flounder meal and sandwich. Prices seemed a little high, until we got our food. Portions were overly generous. The fish was hot, fresh, and delicious! We were both starving hungry, but couldn't finish our meals because there was so much. Fries and hush puppies were also very good. Tartar sauce seemed home made and was way better than most. My only complaint is that they charged extra for lemon.
