Firehouse Subs Sugarloaf

I was here for a longer period 10/29/22 at 1:10P and they get nothing done. It takes more than 10 minutes to get a sub from behind, they still have to take my order, which is ridiculous because I was dependent on this stop for my lunch for work. People came in and left. Do not stop here, even if you think you have the extra time because I left early. You're too late.

The subs are excellent and served promptly. The consistent flavor and service make this a fantastic option for healthier fast food.

I visited this restaurant on October 29, 2022, around 1:10 PM, and I was very disappointed with my experience. It took over 10 minutes just to get someone to acknowledge my order for a sub, and they hadn’t even started taking my order yet. This was extremely frustrating, especially since I relied on this place for a quick lunch during work hours. I saw other customers come in and leave without being served. I wouldn't recommend stopping here, even if you think you have some extra time – I ended up leaving early, and it turned out to be a waste.

Overall, the experience was fair. There weren't many customers when I visited. My order was taken and passed on to the sandwich specialist, but I’m not sure if he received all the details. He didn’t cut the sandwich into three pieces as I had asked, but he did fix that. However, when I got home, I noticed the meat didn't smell good, which was disappointing.

If I could give this 0 stars I would! I ordered online for lunch. That part was easy Went to go pick up our order. It was not ready yet as they were busy, I waited 45 additional minutes and they had no clue where our order was on the list. had to get back to work. No one offered me a refund just said I could keep waiting. Well after 45 minutes for a medium sized sub along with no one in a hair net and the front person coughing to the side I was disgusted. This long wait happens almost every time but not 45 minutes and not with workers coughing hard over the good. I will NEVER return to any firehouse establishment.
