The service and the food were great; but the prices have gone up...like most places these days.
It's usually very good the last 2 times we've gotten this same thing it wasn't as good. Triple club. This time the bread was over toasted and fries were cold
I live out of state. We stopped at the Lawrenceburg restaurant. As most resturants the food and prices are usually just good enough to stay in business. After eating I went to the restroom. You go down the isle to the right side of salad bar headed toward the back. The first thing I noticed was the smell of urine before I got to the restroom door. I don't see how all those elderly people could eat in that area with that smell. I guess smokers would never even smell it. The restrooms need to be cleaned better and have better exhaust. People who work there probably have ole factory and used to it. The lottery store at the top of hill in Ardmore actually had a cleaner better smelling restroom. Also the first table the waitress was going to sit us was so dark we ask for another table. We ask an old guy running one of the flea market type stores that sells Amish goods if he ever eat there. He said no it was too expensive. NEWSBREAK! So is McDonalds these days. Anyway that's my first impression of The Brass Lantern in Lawrenceburg. On a positive note the Davey Crockett park was beautful there.
After hearing of this place for over 20 years, I finally made the trip by. I wasn't disappointed. I had the mushroom Swiss burger with brussel sprouts (yeah that seems like a weird combination). Keaton was our server and was nice and attentive.
