The items are freshly prepared to meet customer satisfaction, and the staff takes the time to provide detailed descriptions of the orders before finishing them. The delivery personnel are also pleasant and courteous.

I had requested extra pickles and peppers, but I received no peppers and only 2-3 pickles. There were also no tomatoes and hardly any of the other toppings that I love so much. Frustrated, I called the restaurant to speak with a manager about the issue. That’s when I met Jake! He was incredibly kind and responsive, immediately taking action to resolve my problem. He allowed me to keep the disappointing sandwich (and I mentioned my hangry state), and prioritized my new order. He remade my sandwich with extra ingredients at no additional cost. Jake truly made my night, and I am so grateful for his help. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, Jake! I wish you and your store all the best. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. My order was ready on time and everything was just as I requested. I was welcomed with smiles and courteous service.
