I was served coffee that made me very sick, all because I asked the staff to remake it since there was no sugar or caramel in it. I experienced severe diarrhea, cramps, and vomiting afterward. I won't be returning to this restaurant.
I was disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. The employee did not wear gloves or a mask, and she was not friendly at all. When I asked for a coffee, she touched the cup with her bare hands. I requested a new cover for the cup, but she did the same thing with the new one, which I found quite off-putting. I ended up throwing the coffee away because I didn't feel comfortable drinking it. I usually enjoy Dunkin' Donuts' food and coffee, but this encounter was so unpleasant that it made me feel sick. I hope the staff understands the importance of health and safety practices when serving customers. It would be better if they treated orders with care and respect, rather than just carelessly placing them on the counter. Unfortunately, I have to give a zero score for this employee.
This restaurant is no longer what it used to be. They used to make excellent coffee, but I don't know what has changed. I usually order an iced macchiato since it's the only coffee-like drink they offer. Lately, the iced macchiato hardly has any espresso and is mostly milk. One photo shows how it should look, while the other shows the disappointing result. I'm really let down and will probably not return.
Upon arriving at the Dunkin' Donuts near the Holiday Inn Express in Lawrence, Massachusetts, I was warmly greeted by the three team members. As I placed my order, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, exceeding my expectations. Joel, Nector, and Thaomy truly raised the bar for Dunkin' Donuts with their outstanding service.
