Many thanks to boston market for the overly expensive huhn cobb salat filled with mostly brown salat! should have known when to get in, how dirty the place was! no customers, but everyone table was dirty. never again no dinner for me tonight thank you for nothing! deleted 15 dollar wish I could post a picture! no option

This was bad. We were excited to try the future nuggets, which is a terrible name by the way but I digress. First, I ordered original and they gave me spicy ones. They weren't really even rotisserie though, they were just chunks is breast that had been cut up and mixed with hot sauce.Now onto everything else we ordered, Mac n cheese was super watery and mushy. The mashed potatoes were good and actually the only thing I ate.The corn bread could've been used as a deadly weapon, it was hard, dense, and seemed to have been cooked at an angle as one side was super thin and the other side was thick. But mainly, it just tasted really bad and not at all like cornbread.Save your money and find somewhere else to eat, even KFC is better than this.

This place should be closed! I ordered the chicken/ ribs family meal online, plus other sides and dessert- $80. When I arrived at the restaurant and called for my curbside pickup, I was told that they had no chicken or ribs. They had no one on site to refund my money but they could give me what they had. They gave me 2 pieces of fried chicken and 4 slices of their prison meatloaf. I was missing 3 family size sides because they had no more food- this was at 7 and they supposedly close at 9. When I told them that this was ridiculous, they took my name and number and told me that the manager would get back to me the next day with some sort of reimbursement. It is now 2 weeks later and I 'm still waiting for a call. They should have called me to tell me that they had no food and cancel my online order . This was a total waste of money and time! I will never go back!

It seems Boston Market can 't make a chicken carver sandwich without putting onions in it. I stated 4 times NO ONIONS but still they were imbedded into the bread. I wound up just eating the chicken. Disgusting. This is the third time in a row this happened. I will not visit any Boston Market again.
