I experienced multiple mistakes with my order, happening three times, even though I was right in front of the staff member clearly explaining my request.

I placed an order using the mobile app for a walk-in, but when I arrived at 1 PM on a Sunday, the door was locked. I then had to go through the drive-thru, which took ages, even with only two cars ahead of me. There was no easy way to get a refund through the app, otherwise, I would have just left. I won't be returning.

I go to Dunkin Donuts in Lavonia very often, and I always get my wife a frozen mocha coffee, with mocha swirl, but no whip cream. I must say I will brag about the service here, the servers are the very best!!

Went through the drive-thru. Ordered a large hot coffee. Was served quickly, order was correct, reasonable price, food quality good.
