The food at this restaurant is excellent and the service is outstanding.

It’s very sad that I had a bad experience this time at rubs, I usually always get good and fast service but I came here and waited 30 mins and still no one served me! I was sat, and 30 mins went by till I left. That’s unacceptable. On top of it, it wasn’t even busy and the hostess blamed it on a work party happening but they left as we arrived so how? No impressed

Thanks again for bringing American style BBQ to Québec, still worth the detour. ?

Food is amazing. Authentic American southern BBQ place. You can also buy the sauce in a bottle.I always order on the phone for take-out since it's easier. But be careful when ordering. It happened a few times that the receptionist got the wrong order. It seems like the name of dishes are not same as the on the menu online and the one on their system.

The restaurant was poorly lit, so we had to use our phone flashlight to read the menus. The food was decent, but only lukewarm. I dined with my wife and daughter and ended up spending $150 with tip. It was definitely not worth the money and I would not recommend it.
