Souvlaki Vieux Grec - Laval

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but they do not adhere to proper social distancing guidelines when seating customers. Tables are placed too closely together and customers are seated uncomfortably close to each other.

We decided to try this restaurant for the first time based on a recommendation. The food was freshly prepared and tasty, although we noticed they may have forgotten the salad dressing. However, having been in the food industry for 40 years, we believe that welcoming people with a smile and a warm greeting is essential, especially for first-time customers. Unfortunately, the cashier appeared to be disinterested and seemed more eager to finish her shift than to provide good customer service. For us, the quality of service is just as important as the quality of the food. Thank you.

The quality of the food and service at this restaurant is top-notch. I thoroughly enjoyed the gyro and grilled calamari, they were absolutely delicious. The waiter was friendly and attentive, and the freshness of the ingredients really shined through in every bite. Highly recommend.

Dissapointed I got my eating without the tzatziki and I had a long time waiting to get it my eating was cold

My wife and I go to the Vieux Grec in a weekly basis some times we get take out. However when I called this evening for a pick up at 7:30pm the person taking my order was charging me $5 for coffee cup size sauce...for the fries I asked for managment and told him that I order every week didnt want anything to hear said the charge cant be voided I canceled my order and order from there comparator They just lost a loyal client and all of his entourage....
