The facility, including the restrooms, is well-maintained and clean. Additionally, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Be cautious about this subway location. This is the second time I've ordered a sandwich from there and ended up feeling nauseous and dealing with stomach issues. The two women working there seemed unfriendly and barely spoke above a whisper.
I want to begin by expressing my disappointment with the customer service. The staff was not only unfriendly but also seemed uninterested in taking my order. When I requested a moment to decide, the server walked away for five minutes to attend to other tasks. To make matters worse, my order was completely wrong. I did my best to communicate clearly, but they added items to my meal that I didn’t request, and when I pointed this out, they simply responded with an "Oh?" as if that would resolve the mistake. They didn’t correct it or offer anything for the fact that two out of three of my sandwiches were wrong. I have been coming to this restaurant for years, and this has been the worst service I’ve experienced. I even saw the next customer have to remind the young lady to pay attention, as she was getting his order wrong too. At this point, I would rather buy all the ingredients and prepare my meal at home than return here.
Terrible experience!!! I ordered a foot-long sub through the app and went to pick it up, but they claimed they hadn't received my order. I showed them on my phone that it was in my order history and that my card had already been charged, but they still refused to give me my food! I will never come back here again, and I've filed a report with the Better Business Bureau.
