Chef Fred's Cafe - Laurel

I gave them a 5 star because the Club Sandwich with toasted rye was AMAZING!! Best I've ever had. Got a side of mac and cheese and it was very tasty, too. I just wish they were easier to find. Tough for first-timers like me. ????

Today was my first time trying this restaurant, and I ordered lunch as part of a group order. My order was a small roast beef sub with lettuce, tomato, mayo and an order of their fries. The roast beef was standard deli roast beef, not bad but didn't stand out against others I've had. Toppings seemed pretty fresh. The bread was a little stiff, not as tough as really stale bread, but didn't exactly seem like it was very fresh either. There was virtually no sign of any mayo on

Awesome food. The cream of crab is one of the best I've ever had. The $10 crab cake special with hand cut fry's is awesome. Great prices, great good.

I have had many Subs from some of the best places in New York and Delaware. This by far surpasses all sub shops that I have been out. I wish you great success, and I will be frequenting your establishment for hopefully many years to come.

They make a fantastic breakfast sandwich at this restaurant. The bacon, egg, and cheese on Texas toast is one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have had in a while. The coffee is good, the place is clean, and the people are friendly. Surprisingly, the Dunkin' Donuts down the road has a long line that wraps around the store twice. Overall, a great spot for a delicious breakfast.
