Joy's Roti Delight-fl - Lauderhill

I love this place. The food is perfectly balanced between savory and sweet, and I always trust it to satisfy my cravings. I posted this review so you can imagine the delicious seasonings I'm referring to.

Everything was amazing. The Calalloo was prepared differently than I am used to. My family, who are Jamaican, typically sauté it similar to spinach. At this restaurant, it was more like a soup. However, it was very tasty and complemented the rice and peas dish well. The spice level was also just right.

The doubles were delicious, but we were disappointed that we did not receive our chutney sauces or hot pepper.

The doubles at this restaurant are amazing! After being away from my home country for almost 8 months and missing Trinidadian food, trying the doubles here was the perfect decision. It was definitely worth it!

The food was delicious and the doubles were fantastic, even better than most in Trinidad and Tobago. The service was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.
