Burgerfi - Lauderdale By the Sea

The service is excellent and the food is delicious. It's my 22-year-old son's favorite place. He loves the chili cheese.

Burgers were great, but seriously, the fires were burned and old looking. Why would you send this to someone who commands the door? It's worth losing a customer. It's worth 10 cents, just make a new one.

We ordered a chicken sandwich and the offers with one side of a ghost's sauce; Honey mustard BBQ and regular BBQ... have forgotten nothing. Had to eat fried chicken without sauce. The robots do not read tickets and go safely through the movements saved no costs when our bag full of Mayo and mustard but.

Horrible! Couldn?t finish my meal. The woman?s bathroom had no door on the stall. The place is gross, dirty and the people that work here have no training on any level for customer service. The only reason to come here is the fact that parking in the area is so horrendous that you can park in the parking lot and not have to pay for a spot. Seriously the worse hamburger I have eaten in years. It was half cooked and slimy. I don?t know how this place stays in business. I don?t know who these people are that are recommending this place but I would be skeptical.

If I could give negative stars I would. First off we ordered items and never received them, frys were burnt, burger didn't have bacon despite receipt,wilted lettuce and tomato, sauce added to burger unintentionally along with other toppings, completely overcharged and manager wouldn't rectify situation, would not give name, and was unsympathetic. Gone to burgerfi several times never had problems until this visit, never going back after this and tell friends as well.
