Ghirardelli Chocolate Outlet Ice Cream Shop

This is a charming little outlet store that offers a wide range of Ghirardelli products. It’s smaller than I expected, as it shares space with KiwiCo, which creates Kiwi crates. The store mainly features chocolate squares, along with some cocoa products. I tried the hot chocolate and brownies, and they were absolutely delicious. If you're a chocolate lover and in the area, you definitely need to visit!

This is my second disappointing experience at this location. There was only one other family present besides us. My first choice on the menu was unavailable, so I ordered the Lands End Sundae and the Strawberry Hot Fudge Sundae. Unfortunately, both desserts were disappointing in terms of quality and presentation. The ice cream was melted and hardly resembled a scoop by the time we picked it up. The strawberries and cookies were rotten, and I could barely find any fudge in the Lands End Sundae, while the fudge in the Strawberry Hot Fudge Sundae was burnt.

This was a most blissful experience with Chocolate and Ice cream!! The Ice cream I had was the famous chocolate fudge, honestly I have no words to describe! Ice cream 5* rating of its taste and everything from its texture to Color ! It?s was a blissful experience! The Chocolate I pick was the 72% Dark : I love the balance in the 72% is just the perfect blend in my opinion and it?s delicious, I can?t rate a chocolate. But it?s become my favourite now!!

The ice cream and shakes here are excellent—rich and creamy. They offer some great deals on chocolate as well. I tried the Gold Rush sundae, and it was delicious.

I'm not someone who craves a lot of sweets but I specifically crave the sundaes from here more often than I was aware I would when I first tried it. Dark chocolate all the way! And give the salted caramel a try!
