Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lathrop

If you're looking for a satisfying meal, I wouldn't recommend this place. The portions were really small; the meat and rice combined barely filled two tablespoons. If I could rate it zero stars, I would. I'm really disappointed that we decided to come here. The Lathrop location offers extremely small servings. When I asked about the lack of meat, I was told, "This is what we serve." My hometown Chipotle in San Leandro is far superior!

I wish I had paid attention to the reviews. I was quite hungry and waited about 10 minutes in line, only to find out they didn't have steak or cilantro rice available. They really should let people know about these things before they enter. The guy in front of me was also frustrated that they couldn't fulfill his order. The lady who assisted us seemed a bit confused and didn't know what she was doing. I wish I had caught her name. This was my first visit to Chipotle, and it wasn't a great experience.

I only charged 18.65 for an salate. first he said it was 22. I asked if it really was $22 for an salate. he said you got steak and extra steak is more. I told him no. I've got chickens. So he changed the extra meat to huh, but still charged me for a steak bowl that is more than a chicken salad. it can only be a dollar more, but still! that's crazy expensive and the fact that he still accused me too much is awkward.

It’s definitely worth paying attention to the reviews. We decided to stop here because my son wanted a cheese quesadilla. They tried to charge me for an entire meal and wouldn’t let me order just the quesadilla, even though other places do. I declined the side and drink but asked if I could at least get a larger portion of chips instead of the tiny amount they typically serve. They said no. So for $10, I ended up with two small kids' quesadillas and two tiny bags of chips. The employees were rude, and this must be the worst Chipotle out there. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Wish I didn't have to give a star this place is horrible . Only 2 people working the line . The tall Asian guy with glasses don't know what he doing starts complaining that his eyes are burning and can't roll a burrito and has the other girl roll it that's in charge of starting the bowls burritos she was the only one working he was just Lollygagging letting all the orders just sit there then he walks away letting leaving that poor girl all alone flies landing on open bowl orders . Just horrible so dysfunctional I will never go there again
