Innovo Kitchen - LATHAM

Out for lunch or dinner at Innvo Kitchen is the place to be! Upscale dining for business meeting, nice meal with your partner, or just to catch up with friends. Our waiter was pleasant, attentive, professional, and made the experience enjoyable. Everything is fresh made in house and worth every penny. They have a fun drink menu and even have mocktails ; so if you can 't drink you can still get something special. The decor feels fresh and new, the restaurant has a great vibe. Definitely try it out if you haven 't yet.

Innovo Kitchen had a very eclectic menu where none of the items sounded very appealing to me. That said I was very pleasantly surprised. Dined with 3 others who rated their meals from good to very good. I ordered the Eggplant Burrata Focaccia which was excellent. There was a choice of 4 sides and I ordered the onion rings which were really good. Before the meal they served this bread with cheese baked into the crust delicious! I also had the grilled pineapple margarita ? which was great. For dessert the 4 of us split the Mudpie Cake and the cookie platter. The cookie platter was enormous with warm, tasty cookies. The Mudpie Cake isn 't my thing but everyone else enjoyed it. After dinner they serve complimentary frozen dark chocolate slivers with nuts and craisins which was a very nice finisher. Not inexpensive at $50/person but that included everyone having a drink and splitting two desserts. Our server was extremely nice and attentive. The atmosphere is ' industrial chic '. I liked Innovo Kitchen very much.

If you eat or drink here, just know they profile customers. I have been to the restaurant multiple times, every time on business, usually dressed well or in a suit, and never had any issues. Yesterday I wanted to take a few members of my local team who are all legal but young for drinks. They all arrived before me and the bar was filled with two empty reserved bar tables, and the restaurant barely had any tables filled <90% at 5 pm. They wouldn?t sit my colleagues at a regular table since we had no plans to eat a meal , and they didn?t assist them getting seats at the bar, even at the two empty reserved tables with guest that wouldn?t arrive for another 30-45 mins. I was ok with all of this even thought I didn?t understand why they didn?t allow us to use a regular dining table to accommodate the overflow . We were only having each one cocktail and wouldn?t have been there very long. About 15 mins into our arrival 4 middle aged white ladies arrived without a reservation for a drink. The two hostess worked with them to have people currently sitting at the bar to move down to accommodate them at the bar. Even though I had made several request to be seated elsewhere, or utilize a reserved bar tables until the parties arrived, they were just flat out unaccommodating and one lady was just rude. The story was completely different when someone walked in who looked differently than us. I left my 80% tip and left because it wasn?t the bartenders fault, but just know you?re being judged and classified at this establishment.

Great service and good food. We (2 people) visited on Friday evening and the restaurant was packed. We sit at the bar and waitress offered us the homemade mix snack while waiting for food. The mix snack tastes special. We ordered **** mary (drink), pork belly bun, french fries, clam chowder, summer clam and cold beef burger. At the end, the waitress also gave us complimentary chocolate. Recommended. ?

Drink: Fireball Sangria Food: Lobster Mac Cheese My food was absolutely delicious (creamy, cheesy, a generous amount of lobster), the environment servers were phenomenal. My first time visiting here, my boyfriend I will definitely be back!!
