What a delightful experience! The service was impeccable. We visited twice and had the same server both times—a very large man who is truly a professional. Thank you so much for the exceptional service. As for the food, it's surprising and inspired; it's delicious, fresh, and well-seasoned with thoughtfully chosen ingredients. It's not only tasty but also visually appealing and classy. They showcase many wonderful local products, supporting Quebec's artisans—kudos to them! The dining room is spacious and open, allowing us to see the cooks at work. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed. There's not much that sets this restaurant apart for me, but we will definitely return... whenever our budget allows! Dining here is worth it, with meals typically costing between $200 and $250.
