The wife and I went for dinner and ordered the feast for 4, we had a groupon and this was the last day. The food was mediocre ribs pork and chic. basically warmed up stuff. The server was very good would rate her as excellent. Another problem with this place is when you call you are sent to the answering machine which is full so you cannot get a reply, find out if the place is open, extremely annoying for a business to run like this need to have a working phone. Would not recommend.

We went there for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. There was a large group of about 14 people who had just been seated before us, we didn't think much of it. Waitress greeted us and had said the wait may be a little longer with the big group just arriving. We thought no problem. Our appetizer came out quickly and we waited only 25 mins for our food, we felt that was fairly quick. She kept apologizing for us having to wait, however, when she brought our food out they gave us extra french fries with each meal and gravy which we did not order. She said the cook wanted to apologize to us again for the wait. We were very impressed and really appreciated the customer service on behalf of the waitress and the chef. Food was great and we will definitely be back. We would recommend this place to anybody.

Do not eat at this place. Went on a Friday night, maybe 6 tables and the waitresses were complaining that it usually isn't this busy like they were swamped with work. Took 15 min for a server to even acknowledge our presence. Another 10 min passed to get a beer and 2 waters. Finally ordered and just got sandwiches. Pull pork sandwich, beef brisket wrap and a burger. Food was cold and awful and the sides were wrong on 2 of the meals after the server apparently wrote them down. The server was rude and obviously hated her job. The pulled pork sandwich looked like dog food and the bun was mush . Sent it back without eating and the server offered a voucher for a free platter of food on our next visit. Gladly denied and said I'll never come back here again. Waited an hour when it wasn't busy at all just to get sandwiches. What a joke!

My Wife, Mother-In-Law and I ate there recently and while my burger was good their orders lacked a little flavour. With the addition of maybe more spice or something else they have the potential to be a top place to have a great meal.

We tried this restaurant on a groupon, so based on that, do not feel cheated in anyway. They were out of three of the meat selections on a Friday night at 5 pm, so not a good start (they offer 6 selections). For an appetizer we had the poutine, canned gravy and unsauced pork, was not what I expected. The other problem was they brought our appetizer with our meal with a giggle from the waitress that our food was just super fast, well that's her job to time the entry into the kitchen. We had the beef brisket which was just dry roast beef, not smoke flavor and had to add sauce to eat it, side of cornbread was not good but the okra and tomato was good. The other entrée was chicken wings, small and not smoked at all. The price of the brisket was $18 and the chicken wings were $15. Save the money and go to Smoke and Spice or Snak BBQ....a million times better and better priced.
