The Madhouse Coffee - Las Vegas

Hey there Yelpers! First time trying Madhouse, I called my order in and from the pick up whoever took my order was happier I called than I was hungry lol, first sign of greatness I didn't see what I wanted on the menu (bacon egg cheese sandwich) so I asked could I customize it she effortlessly said yes, made it fresh and hot I also order a Iced Caramel coffee which was amazing I tell you! This place will be seeing me more than not ! The breakfast sandwich was amazing too light fluffy eggs and flaky croissant. Make sure yaw visit. Loved the inside as well it was small quaint and was playing Mac Demarco, really can't lose with this place.

The staff at this coffee shop are very rude and condescending. Might I also add passive aggressive I wouldn’t recommend this coffee shop to an animal the blonde girl heavyset is extremely rude, as well as the curly head queer guy. I saw these people disrespecting an Uber driver for no good reason. The queer guy was very unprofessional. When the driver asked about his order, he stated don’t you get paid to wait I thought that was very rude of him to say how about you just do your job and help the man. I was with my family at the time, and I did not need to see that. I will never visit this place again.

Maddie, Tiffany, and Dylan are absolutely amazing. I’ve only ever had one bad experience with Madhouse and it was when someone new had started. Maddie went so far above and beyond to make the situation right. On top of that, in general, the team here is so kind and personable and the atmosphere is always a total vibe, and the food and drinks are some of the best cafe food and coffee that I’ve found in Vegas. It is my number one go to and I love them so much!As an example, I just ordered Postmates, so I wasn’t even there in person, and accidentally ordered a hot drink instead of a cold one and the driver called me to say that the barista mentioned I usually get a cold drink, so to please call me and make sure I didn’t make a mistake. They were right lol! Go check out this place if you’re looking for a place that makes you feel at home.

Best cold brew in the region. I tried them all and they have the best, hands down. Fair prices too, friendly staff, nice space to hang out or work.
