This is the best steak house in Las Vegas, never disappoints.

We came in for my boyfriend's birthday. The food and service was excellent. He had the porterhouse and I had the lobster tail. The creamed spinach was too salty. Baked potato was good. They brought a mini creme brule for dessert.

As always, great food and fun. The best French onion soup I’ve ever had!

I rarely give 5 stars, but this time it has been earned. Three of us dined at the Charcoal Room located inside the Santa Fe Hotel Casino in Las Vegas. I had dinner with two friends on 04/19/24. I had reservations and we were warmly greeted and quickly seated. Each of us had a glass of Riesling $17 each a bit pricy). My friend ordered the Porterhouse steak $54). It's more like a roast. Huge! Easily enough for two and maybe even three people. Another friend ordered the small Petite 8 oz filet $47). I ordered the prime NY strip steak $56) and again, it is huge; two can easily enjoy this one steak. All were cooked to perfection; just as each of us had ordered. We also ordered sides of mushrooms, mashed potatoes and sauteed asparagus to share. The food was excellent. The waitstaff was also great. We had Matthew as our main waiter but others also provided service and they were great as well. Total bill for three: $259.02 with tax, but not including tip. We took home a lot of leftovers because it was just too much food for us. GREAT experience. Highly recommended. As a side note, I've dined here twice before. Each time it has been excellent. I also highly recommend the French Onion Soup.

Anthony was our waiter and we were treated very well. The food was delicious and served at suitable temperatures. Charcoal Room is very nice to have a wonderful dinner. Hosts and assistants were very quiet and fast while they served us. Would go back!
