Had terrible service from Katrina on 8/20/23, if looks could kill, I'd be dead. When I questioned why our food was taking so long since others were seated awhile after us and had already recieved their apps, and we hadn't received anything, she said it was an issue with my burger....well, I ordered wings...when the food came out, I asked what I was supposed to do with the bones and got more attitude, after speaking with the unless manager, we decided to just pay for our 2 beverages and leave...them taking our uneaten food from the table was the fastest thing that happened in there that evening...I definitely will never go back.

Don't normally leave a bad review but the food was very bad. I got the mushroom steak, mashed potatoes and a side of the asparagus. The asparagus was really tough, the portion of potato was really small and the mushrooms tasted really bland and unseasoned. No sauce or condiments, and in the end it was quite an expensive meal after which I still felt hungry. Given I ordered a meal and a side I find that disappointing.Also a shame to say but the staff were quite rude.Really recommend if someone eats in the resort go to one of the other places because this was a very poor experience.

The servers are always friendly and accurate. The Tom is my favorite turkey burger anywhere. I come here every time I am in vegas. I am rarely full after a normal vegas meal. After a burger and fries, I am stuffed. Give them a try, and you will be pleasantly surprised.

The concept is something that definitely belongs in Vegas! There is something on tap for everyone! They keep a seasonal rotation of their 365 varieties. The service is amazing, management makes sure good music is playing, and the food is lovely.

I normally am someone who’s very patient and can handle a lot being in the industry myself. Our server Erika came to the table didn’t greet with her name or a smile, put in our drink order and got one of the wrong drinks and no straws, we started putting in our order and my son accidentally spilled a little bit of his soda and she seemed to get annoyed by that and my infant who was sleepy and fussy. We waited about 35 mins for our food to come out so long that had it been another 5-10 mins I would have just left. She disappeared for about 15 mins. When we asked for refills my husband was drinking out of his cup and she just reached for it, I had to ask for napkins and some type of knife for my food. Everytime we asked her a question she would be walking away so you’re not sure if she heard you. When it came time to pay she made sure she was around the corner as soon as the card was on the table wasn’t told you have a good night or anything. For someone who’s visiting for the first time it was absolutely the worst experience so far. We definitely won’t be back. Should have took the hit when we first checked in and they wouldn’t answer their phones to make a Togo order.All in all not worth it and off of her service we won’t be back!! The food was decent nothing great.
