フィードバックを提供するI’ve eaten sushi here many times and I’ve never been disappointed. They have fantastic service, top notch sushi and other typical items on the menu. It’s a perfect place to take a group of friends, relatives and have a good meal and you won’t feel rushed. If your alone, they have a small bar area for a drink, food and conversation with a new acquaintance. They also have take out and delivery. I prefer the freshness of dining in and socializing. Sorry I forgot to take photos, my bad. Great job jjanga employees, you rock.
Wow! What a let down! Google maps seriously failed me this time. I have no idea how anyone could enjoy this restaurant unless they were getting drunk at the bar. Every item we ordered had a serious problem. We started with the spicy garlic edamame, which came out so fiery hot that it went unfinished. Imagine going to a wing joint and ordering the hottest fieriest sauce on the menu, and that 's about how they served edamame. The sushi pizza, which the waiter told us would be big , was completely underwhelming and covered with onions which weren 't even supposed to be on it. It was primarily cheap imitation crab smeared on some rice paper. For $14.The two types of sushi we ordered were bland and had such a minuscule amount of rice on them that you would think it was made of gold. The teriyaki chicken was way overcooked, dry, and flavorless. Along with the fried rice which wasn 't fried, had almost no egg in it, and had no flavoring. It tasted like plain brown rice. The thing that brought us to the restaurant originally was that it was supposed to be all you can eat, but when we got here the first thing they told us was there was no stake on the menu. Despite the fact that the name of the restaurant has steak and sushi in it! On top of that they proceeded to tell us all the things from the menu that were not included in the all you can eat price.Bottom line, I would not recommend anyone visiting this restaurant. You 'd be better off at Panda.
A recommendation by a Las Vegas local foodies and she wasn’t wrong. We had to make reservations for a party of 16. Modern well decor. Nice lighting. Service was great, friendly, attentive and professional. For the price $30 per person you can’t go wrong. You have to go hungry. The only thing is you can’t over order because they will charge you extra for the leftovers. That’s on top of what you pay per person. We had some leftovers but it was well worth the extra $30. Ha it for breakfast. We ordered the screaming orgasm, surf and turf roll, spicy tuna, bulgogi burrito, oysters, squid, yellowtail, eel, spicy tuna crunch, salmon, beef tataki, shrimp tempura , snapper and the threesome special. All were absolute served quickly, well prepared, fresh and delicious. Well worth it. Highly recommend. Will definitely return to try the hibachi and steaks.
Pretty good sushi location in Vegas. Fairly clean location. Nice atmosphere. Had to take a point off because we found a little cellophane in one of our rolls. Overall though it was a good experience
Let me just start off by saying this place is OVERHYPED and OVERRATED. This dinner was on the evening of Friday, April 14th. My friend and I were advised there was a 30-40 minute wait. We were seated around 7:15pm and waiter came a few minutes later. We needed a couple of moments to review the menu. The waiter came back in 10-15 minutes to take our first order. My friend and I both did the AYCE dinner. I didn 't order much at first, and the waiter was trying to see if we wanted anything else because he said he would be busy. ??? (I thought that was weird to say) I prefer to order little by little when having AYCE, especially for a place I 've never been to... My friend requested her own bowl of wasabi and ginger. It was a really long time for our first order to show up.... and my friend was STILL waiting on her order of wasabi and ginger. She had to flag down the waiter from another table to remind him of it and said, I 'll get it right now. If you decide to order any half rolls, you are required to order at least 3 half rolls minimum at a time. (I 've never been to a place that had this as a requirement)I went to the restroom and came back to my plate and chopsticks being taken away, not by our waiter but by someone else. My friend said she tried to stop him, explaining I wasn 't finished eating. My friend flagged the same gentleman down. He shows up and puts his bus tub (which was full of dirty dishes) RIGHT ON OUR TABLE!! I asked if he could please bring me another plate and chopsticks. My friend and I decided to go for a second round of food, which also took an extremely long time to show up. The front of house hostess came to our table in the middle of us waiting for our second round (which was weird).....then a different lady came maybe 5-10 minutes later asking if she could take our menus? You don 't have enough menus for the place? Maybe we wanted to order more rolls or even dessert... but we let her take our menus. I started to feel like we were being rushed.... I couldn 't tell you what happened to our waiter, so I had to ask another person to bring me the check and get us taken care of. I got my slip around 8:50pm.We did not order that much food, and we were provided nothing but VERY SLOW service. The audacity.... We spent more time waiting for our orders than actually eating anything!I had one full order of the salmon lover roll, which I could only taste the garlic ponzu. Salmon is one of my favorites for sushi, so this was a letdown! This roll was also advertised as being spicy on the menu but was not even spicy. I also had the half rolls of Dancing Eel, Ellen roll, and No Name. Nothing exciting about these three because the fish was bland, and they were all covered in sauce. I got a full order of the coco shrimp roll, and it was just okay... All of my sushi rolls were falling apart. They consist of little meat, which is also filled with mostly rice. The tempura shrimp inside the rolls had an odd texture. I was concerned about how fresh everything really was.You guys, the food is not great. In fact, the food TORE MY STOMACH UP. I was in and out of the bathroom for hours! Spare yourself the suffering and don 't spend your money on this place. It might look modern and nice on the inside, but that 's about it. There are so many options for sushi in Las Vegas that are WAY BETTER than Jjanga. I am disappointed this place has so many great reviews.
