Jenni Pho - Las Vegas

Upon checking out, I noticed a $12 gratuity added to the bill, and we were also asked to pay tips on top of that. I refused to pay the full amount and only left a $3 tip. It was frustrating to be forced to pay for zero service. I typically tip 15-20% if I am served properly and in a friendly manner. The unfriendly waitress became even more hostile after seeing my tip amount and stared at me as I left. In terms of the food, the Jennie pho was average, the spicy pho was not worth the price, the banh mis were good, and the shrimp rollers were overpriced and oily. I believe there is a better pho place on Rainbow, so I see no reason to return to this restaurant.

Food was delicious, service was amazing and ambiance is ok.We went during lunch and were seated right away. The server were amazingly attentive and got all the orders quickly and correctly.

This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. As a lover of pho, I brought my family here and spent around $70 on our meal. Despite only having two waitresses and three kitchen staff serving multiple tables, we waited for about 30 minutes for our food, without any check-ins or refills of our water. Wow the ribeye pho was excellent and the Vietnamese coffee was on the stronger side but packed with flavor and very good if you like a coffee flavor. It definitely hits you in the face but in a good way.The ribeye pho was packed with flavor and when you put the chili in it BAM that the ticket. The ribeye was done perfect and not over or undercooked. The broth was flavorful and so good. And had a smooth meat flavor when done. A great amount of noodles was included. Overall a definite winnerSpring rolls with peanut sauce was also very good.A word of caution though. If you order the supersize pho be prepared and be hungry it is so huge. But we'll worth it. Here is a secret if you love the broth like I did eat all the ingredients and get a leftover container thatyou can drink it in your car or home and not in the restaurant. If you shy abt that like me.All joking aside very good restaurant, will definitely be back. As of right now I am a returning customer so I will keep that tradition alive. Be back soon

The staff is always very welcoming and I adore the high quality of their food. This restaurant is definitely kid and family-friendly!
