Jack In The Box - Las Vegas

I watched as they took back the cold fries and seemingly mixed them with the fresh ones. When I got home, I found that while the fries on top were fresh, the ones underneath were still cold. I called the restaurant, and the woman on the phone told me there was no manager available and she couldn't assist me. So I decided to return to the restaurant. While I was there, I noticed that my order was still wrong. I observed that they treated other customers, particularly those who were Latino, with much more politeness and friendliness. I even filmed part of my experience, and I noticed that the woman at the counter was never apologetic; she seemed to smirk. Meanwhile, with the Latino customers, she was all smiles and "gracias," but was rude and dismissive towards me. I’m considering seeking legal advice because after speaking with a friend, it seems that I’m not the only person of color who has faced discrimination at this location. I have video evidence and photos of the fries. Additionally, the staff member even removed my food from the fryer too early, which raises safety concerns.

I recently visited Las Vegas and was thrilled to discover a Jack in the Box! About 40 years ago, there was a location in my hometown in New Jersey, and I thought they had all closed down. Their tacos are just as delicious as I remember!

I found a paper basket in my drink, which I reported to the manager, but no one answered when I called. I can provide pictures to prove it. I'm considering taking further action because this is a serious safety issue for customers.

Eating was regular jack in the box, but the kerl in register made his own rules, regardless of how to make orders, and he could take care less about any secret menu

We only ordered 2 items. Curly fries mini pancakes. They still managed to forget the SRYUP....and this is why i always regret going to these places. The masks must be cutting off circulation to their brains at this point.
