I like the wide range of elements in the menu. Not only 10 items, but. good, I didn't count. they seem to have an array to choose from.
I’ve had a disappointing experience. The staff member asked me several times what I ordered, and it was hard to appreciate the interaction due to his rude demeanor. It felt like he was just waiting to hand me my fries, which didn’t seem to have been prepared properly. Overall, it was a waste of time.
I ordered a speck ultimate cheeseburger and had to tell the waitress three times what I wanted, but she rang it up as a simple burger. I didn't just want the basic condiments. When the manager fixed the order, I got home and found there was no speck on my burger. The service was very poor, and I feel like a disappointed customer. There’s clearly a lack of attention to detail.
This location of Jack in the Box is usually quite efficient, with food served hot and quickly. However, over the past few months, I've noticed a significant decline. The drive-thru line and the inside seating area are constantly backed up, and employees often stand around waiting for food to be prepared. During this time, no one is offered drinks, cups, or anything while they wait. It's hard to believe how quickly this location has fallen in quality.
