Rosati's Pizza - Las Vegas Strip

Pizza transported on its side. Box smelled of cigarettes. Quality of pizza is dismal at best. Pretty sure they use bacon bits, like the kind you buy from the store for salads. This was my last order from here.

Super chill, awesome neighborhood bar. The kind of bar you want to go to chill with friends and be part of the community. Great for watching sports. Somehow, always the right amount of busy, not too much, but not deserted. Good prices for food.

Updated review:Tried to order dinner today and was told by the front desk I cannot order from here because I complained about them messing up my order? Then I got hung up on for no reason. Again, this location needs better management ASAP. It’s not my fault as a customer my order was made wrong, I complained and now I can’t order? Pathetic. Ordered a deep dish, asked for sausage on half. Got the pizza. There’s sausage on the entire thing. While my husband loves this, my toddler does not. As you know this pizza takes like an hour to arrive so this is a problem. When I called to rectify this, I was told that they’re gonna delete the payment and I was no longer able to be a customer? For what? For paying over $50 for a pizza that was made wrong? Definitely NOT a way to treat a customer who orders almost every week and is from Chicago. This has got to be the worst service I’ve ever had from a restaurant and I’m in the manager got on the phone and said he’s slammed so all they can do is refund. Absolutely horrible. Do better.

Rosati's is usually great, but my food this time was subpar. My pizza was horrible, and I barely got any fries with my order. Rosati's has always been at the top of pizza spots in town. This experience has put a very bad taste in my mouth for them. After a decade of eating there, it will be a very long time before I go back.

This is not a fast food pizza joint. The pizza is fresh and made when ordered, while waiting you have a great atmosphere to enjoy. I saw the single server manage a large group plus some small tables. Food was good. We had pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, and salads all without an issue.
