The food is always sad here :(Taco tortillas are always cold like they’re straight out of the bag. Burgers are mid. The Cuban is probably good but they’re always out. Service and atmosphere is great though.

They brought out a water bowl for my dog when we sat in their covered patio. That’s amazing.

Great beer. I recommend the Dry Irish stout, the Oatmeal stout and the Green Chile beer! I ordered a torta and it came out in less than 5 minutes!Great

Was in town for work, and this place was great. Different types of beer for everyone's taste.... BUT, you have to check out the tacos. Very delicious! And the Chicharrones are freshly made. (share these)

Horrible customer service from a manager that was “really busy” and couldn’t assist me with a concern from a visit the evening prior. She did offer to take my number down and call me back, but her entire demeanor from how she answered the phone didn’t give me any confidence that she would actually follow through; she was rude from the moment she answered the phone. Let me give you some customer service tips since I will never visit any Icebox establishment again nor will I recommend. Identify yourself when you answer the phone. Refrain from telling customers that you are too busy to help them. Don’t charge your customers twice. First and last time going here which is unfortunate as my husband’s beer was good and so was my drink, but I don’t want to pay double and then be treated poorly simply for calling to see why. I recommend not opening a tab if you want to pay cash and getting a receipt when you do pay cash after providing your card (which makes sense that you do this to prevent people from walking out on their bill). I would really like to speak to the owner. I wonder if they are too busy. Or perhaps my cash was stolen by the person I paid it to and tipped and that’s why my card was charged. I never leave bad reviews and I love to support local business. Please do some customer service training for your employees.
