I just picked up my online order that I placed through the app. I got it 40 minutes later, and I am not a happy customer. I elected to pick up, soonest possible time, and walked into the store at 5:45. The app told me the order would be ready by 5:43 at the latest. I told a cashier about my order 2x, and finally a manager came and asked me about my order. That 's when they finally started to prepare it. I tried to bring the time delay to his attention, not in an angry way or challenging. My words to him were Sir, this took entirely too long, I placed my order at 5:29 online. All he responded with was I am sorry mam. And that was it. Bad Customer service and way too slow to get the orders put together. Unhappy, and once upon a time Whataburger fanatic.
They forgot to give me my daughters meal I called that they didn’t give me a meal I wasn’t going to wait for another day to pick it up now I’m here waiting smh
Worst Whataburger ever! Waited almost 45 minutes or more In Line, worth’s part is there were not even six cars before me!! In another hand whataburger on Zapata hwy is really fast I have gotten 10 cars Before me and trust me I didn’t even have to wait 30 minutes
Can somebody tell them to update schedule?!?! Since when is whataburger closed for dine in at 11pm??! Sooo disappointed
