Taco Palenque Saunders - Laredo

The ballroom was gorgeous and the catering was outstanding. The restrooms were clean, although the toilet paper should have been restocked more frequently. My only complaint is that there was another event in the neighboring East room, and at times the noise from that event seemed to overpower the ambiance in the West space. However, I'm sure guests on the other side experienced the same issue.

It was around 9 o'clock on Thursday, March 31st and the service was extremely slow. We chose to dine at this restaurant and it turned out to be a terrible decision. It took about 45 minutes for our two Pirata tacos to arrive, and when they did, the order was incorrect - we received flour tortillas instead of corn. To make matters worse, two of the employees seemed more focused on decorating for the evening shift rather than attending to the customers. And to top it off, one of the employees had her children with her at work. It was unacceptable and made us question how they could allow such behavior.

It took them 30 minutes to bring me my order. The people who ordered 10 minutes after me received their food before I did. When I asked about my order, they just said, "It's almost done." The service is extremely slow!

Came to eat breakfast the server taking my order seemed grumpy and the tacos weren't fresh they were also cold and didn't get very good service what I wanted was breakfast type burritos and all they had was 1.99 taco choices and server wasn't too pleasant in offering me anything except if I wanted flour or corn tortilla for the taco choices. Next time will prefer McDonald's next door. But best breakfast place in Laredo is Paulita's

I expected better, but this location is in south Laredo. This place was very dirty and they didn't bother to clean the tables when customers finished eating. The food was ok, but the beef was very chewy, a sign of cheap cuts of meat. If they plan to cut corners, then they should also lower their prices.
