Long John Silver's - Laredo

This is the second time coming to this place, i overlooked it the first time because I thought the girl that was at the register was probably having a bad day, but today was the same BAD AND RUDE SERVICE. I had asked for it to be fresh and the girl at register legit said WE DONT DO SPECIAL ORDERS like how is that a special order? it 's a request to have it freshly made because last time the chicken and rice was really bad, like it had been there for a while. Well today, we experienced the same kind of treatment and food. The chicken was dry, and greasy and the fries were extremely soggy. I hate complaining but if they don 't like they 're job, then why are they there, leave your problems at home. Anyways if I ever go there again I will have to say something because how can it happen frequently, a manager at Chick-fil-A would have put a stop to that type of attitude. It all starts with management. ‍ I actually give this place a .5 star but the least you can put is 1 star. Oh and the girl on the register her name is Mayra V. the other one before her, was a short chubby girl with glasses, i didn 't get her name but she was so rude last time.

The fish taco and fish sandwich are fantastic. We really appreciated the assistance at the drive-thru. The manager was very accommodating, and we even took a bottle of hot sauce home with us!

I hadn't eaten there in years, but I decided to grab lunch from that place today. The fish sandwich was perfectly baked and crispy. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was very friendly. I'm looking forward to returning soon!

I was excited to try the fish and shrimp combo advertised for $5.99. I ordered two combos, but when I checked the receipt, I saw they were actually $7.59 each. It would be helpful if the restaurant were more transparent about their pricing to avoid confusion for customers.

The food was good, but I can't believe that they charge you 60 cents per salsa
