Little Caesars Pizza - Laredo

I wanted to order spaghetti with meat sauce, but the process over the phone was extremely confusing. After clarifying my order, I was informed about a special offer, which I agreed to, but when I received the total, it was higher than what I was initially told. Despite this, I was assured that the spaghetti I wanted was included. When I arrived at the curbside and my order was handed to me, I double-checked the items in the $25 order, but I noticed that instead of spaghetti, I received cavatini. I decided to cancel the order. While I got my money back, the manager didn’t seem interested in understanding what went wrong. It seems that perhaps the staff is more comfortable dealing with cancellations than ensuring customer satisfaction.

The service was very disappointing. The waitress practically tossed our food on the table.

The pizza could use more cooking time, and they really skimped on the toppings. Not impressed!

Worse experience ever. Went in to buy a pan pizza with bacon and pepperoni, and ended up getting a marinara pizza with hardly any pepperoni and no bacon, and worse off hardly any cheese and pie was cut into 5 slices, 1 small slice 4 huge slices. Even though the place was dead and they had no orders or very little, they still went ahead and disregarded my order. Pizza was bland and tasted of pure marinara sauce and oil, super oily and no flavour. The pictures do not do them any Justice, the slices were thick and that was the only small slice on the 2nd pic. The huge red pepperoni looking circle is pure marinara sauce. Wish I had gone with little Cesar's instead. At least they care about flavour and actually putting ingredients in the pizza. Really really disappointed with this marinara pizza my family ate.

Good deals and good pizza, didn't take as long as usual pizza places take.
