Big Drop Cafe - Larchwood

Takeout orders often have issues. Meals are sometimes missing entirely, and wrong items or incorrect sides and condiments are common. When I called to express my concerns, the staff member made excuses and blamed me for not having the person who took my order verify it. It's frustrating, especially since it's the only place open, and you'd expect them to make an effort to improve.

The food was terrible. The chislic tasted like it had been microwaved, and the burgers were greasy and rubbery. I paid $40 only to end up throwing everything in the trash. I will definitely not waste my time or money on this place again.

I've never had a bad experience here, and I've gone many many times. because all other places near Larchwood are too far out of my way. Good service, good food, absolutely stunning smoothie things especially the caramel one and it's incredible very worth the price.

Service was slow, food was bad, table was sticky. The hours are terrible. Biscuits and gravy was greasy gravy worse than store pouch gravy, biscuits were thin, limp, and doughy. No thanks, I won't be back.

Cheeseburger was ok.. I just feel it was quite overpriced for a combo. And they must be short staffed like everywhere else, because it was difficult to find a table that was clean and there was only 1 guy taking orders and the line was extremely long for 2:30 in the afternoon. I felt bad for him having a never ending line and he got no relief from any other worker in the hour and half we stood in line/sat there. Probably wouldn't waste my and time here again.
