Food was very good and hot. Came in before a game and was sat and served in a timely manner. The food was great, the service was very average, though. Forgot our drinks, came by the table maybe once. Forgot to put in a salad. If the server would’ve gave any effort at all the visit would’ve been a 5 star. But hats off to the kitchen. The food came out at a reasonable time considering the amount of volume they were pushing out and it was good quality.

Take this review with a grain of salt because we visited the place right after a football game. From an operational standpoint I think I would have controlled seating the door a little better but I understand wanting to capture that business. That being said, our party of eight waited over an hour and 45 minutes for our food to show up. I am not joking. I joined the party of 8 at 7:45 and my friend said they sat down right about 6:45. It took about 15 minutes after I arrived to get a order placed. I will give you this. The server that had my order added was on top of it. My food hit the table before most of the other patrons who had been waiting for over an hour and a half even got their food. Which was probably was why my other fellow patrons were pretty salty when their food came out in varying degrees of either overcooked, undercooked, burnt, cold, dry, missing sides, wrong entrees..... Anyhow, as a fellow restaurant operator I get it. Just have some huge opportunities. . What I liked was the concept however thing looked. I think your service staff looks absolutely sharp. I believe had we tried some of those ribs in a better setting they would have been phenomenal. Lastly, I believe that your menu selection is superb. Just iron out the kinks.

We were so excited to eat here! When the server brought the steak he said at that point that baked potatoes were gone we were looking forward to the steak potato combination and were visibly disappointed. The server did nothing to make it right that’s not good service. We won’t be back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
