Frenier Landing Restaurant And Oyster Bar

The restaurant features a really neat camp-themed interior, complete with wooden planks, metal roofing, and rustic decorations. The charbroiled oysters were fresh and absolutely delicious! The hushpuppies had a savory flavor that was delightful. The fried seafood platter had a light, non-greasy coating, which was a nice touch. The food was seasoned mildly, so if you’re a fan of Tony’s seasoning, make sure to bring your shaker along. It was a bit too chilly for outdoor dining today, but the view is fantastic. The restaurant is easily accessible from I-10 or by boat.

The atmosphere was wonderful and relaxed, situated right by the lake. The food was exceptional. For appetizers, we ordered the fried green tomatoes, crayfish kickers, oysters frechier, and alligator sausage, and everything was delicious. The shrimp étouffée for the main course exceeded my expectations. We finished with the homemade bread pudding, which is the best I've ever tasted.

The food was incredible, and the view was stunning. I only wish I could have been there for the live band. The prices were reasonable, and we enjoyed a delicious meal. I would definitely recommend this place. The fried oysters, the eggplant dish, and the gumbo were all fantastic!

Stopped by after zip lining at zip Nola. One of the guides highly recommended this restaurant and it did not disappoint. First off the Moscow mule was made to perfection. The gumbo was tasty. The fried calamari, fried craw fish could have been friedharder but overall it was a great entree. Fried green tomatoes had a great flavor and the blue cheese bacon salad was good aswell.

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner at Frenier Landing. Words can?t even describe how beautiful it was. Mrs. Crystal is absolutely AMAZING and is an angel. Before booking, we got to taste all of the menu options, we didn?t feel pressured to makedecisions? it was such a laid back process! We were able to bring in our own decorations and Crystal even helped out withsetting them up. We did a buffet style meal, they served bacon wrap shrimp and alligator sausage (both were to die for), thefried fish and crab and corn bisque were delicious!!! Price per person was SO REASONABLE for the amount of food we had. Myfather in law passed away a week prior, and Crystal was nice enough to bring food to our house for the bereavement without usasking. I can?t thank Crystal and the frenier landing staff enough for a perfect rehearsal dinner!
