Cozy place..try their Johnny Moon Seafood Pasta..yummy
Definitely going back for it's ambiance and great food!
It's my second time coming here but for some reason I can't remember how their food was the first time. But coming here again, the first thing I noticed was the smell of the place. It smells old...for those who are from Laoag and are my age, it smells like the old Odeon Cinema. However, the visual aesthetics does, somewhat, make up for the gustatory nuisance and you eventually get used to the smell anyways. I like the ambience. This is probably its strongest point. As for the food, it's fairly good--nothing too special but not bad either.
This restaurant is one of the best Ilocano franchises around! The coffee creations are fantastic, and the ambiance is perfect for people who want to chat or hold meetings. The service is decent, and while the pastas are just okay, the empanadas are absolutely delicious! They remind me of the tasty and authentic empanadas sold on the streets of Laoag. You must try the paridusdos—it's a standout dish. Honestly, you should sample everything on the menu; they’re all good, except for the bento. The vegetables in the bento don't quite fit together. And don't miss out on the cocktail drinks, fruity concoctions, and teas—they're definitely worth trying!
